"PC Tech Solutions" opened their remote access help lines on this date. We wanted to give the public a service that they can use and be confident they will be helped and feel comfortable with the outcome. We want to assure them that they will have our complete support thru out the meeting until we get each and all issues taken care of in a timely manner. We will work hard to make the customer feel safe in a remote access enviroment! We will back up our work with a guarantee that states, if we cannot help the customer operate their computers normally and in a like new profile, we will pay the cost of getting it taken care of at a local facility of their choice. We cannot be more fair and honest than that.
